Dr. Burns is awesome. She always listens to my concerns and knows my chart (I've had other Cooper doctors who never remembered me even though I'd been their patient for years). I've referred my wife and adult kids to her as well. I don't feel like just a number by staff at this office, and that's a great feeling.

I have found that with other providers in the area, it's very difficult to get a human being on the phone. And as much as these automated phone systems are wonderful, it is really important when you don't feel well or something is going on to talk to a live person. And I hope that Cooper understands that. And finally, I would also like to add that the nurses and the staff at that primary care office in Voorhees are wonderful and always friendly and upbeat. Thank you.

Her attention to detail is impressive and i feel like she cares about getting to route of a problem. APN Burns is always considerate and shows a general interest in her patients care. She's thorough and detail oriented. She doesn't hesitate to recommend specialists when she thinks it necessary and follows up as needed to ensure proper analysis and treatment. I've been to certain Dr's within the cooper network whom appear less capable.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. I had a mammogram and a dexa hip and spine scan at the Kings Highway facility in Cherry Hill.

As always I'm very happy with the care I receive. The only thing was waiting in the exam room for about 30 minutes. I understand Stephanie was with another patient and taking time which is very positive, and they want the next patient to be ready, thats why they put us in the room so promptly, but as the first questioned asked, if someone could just pop their head in and say "we didn't forget about you", she'll be right with you as soon as she's done with the person before you". I think it would be appreciated or put a tv in the exam room (just kidding)

I have had Dr Burns before, and now she is my primary physician! Although Dr Wetzel was my doctor for many years, and was outstanding and loved, Stephanie is going to be an excellent replacement and I am quite happy!

Doctor gave her three the twins three days to live. They made it. I've been with Cooper forever. I love Cooper.
